Aussies against Fracking –
In May 2013 a group of musicians and entertainers formed to perform a fund raiser concert at Dayne Pratzsky’s farm. But they didn’t stop there. They have now made a short film, recorded a new song “No Fracking Way” with Leo Sayer, and plan more anti-CSG music concerts.

Focuses on air pollution from gas-burning reciprocating internal combustion engines. These engines are widely used in the CSG industry at compressor stations, processing plants etc. and are being pushed by the gas industry for co-generation in Sydney with the misleading spin that they’re “clean and green”. The scenic hills area is centred around Varroville (near Camden). An area of farms & horse-riding schools. They successfully opposed a new AGL processing plant for CSG as part of the “Northern Expansion”. Though the CSG wells may go ahead, the gas will be piped to the existing AGL processing plant at Rosalind Park (Mt Gilead), which will be upgraded in capacity.
